The Bizen Potter Harada Shuroku studied Ko-Bizen (old Bizen) for more than 30 years, including a brief period of time with the late Ko-Bizen scholar Matasaburo Katsura. He won the Japan Society Prize in 1999 and has exhibited throughout Japan.
