Carina Ciscato

Carina Ciscato is a Brazilian-born potter who lives and works in London, specialising in porcelain thrown and altered forms.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Carina Ciscato studied ceramics first in Brazil and then in Germany, the US and UK. In London she worked as an assistant to Julian Stair and Edmund de Waal, before setting up her own studio. She works in porcelain, making thrown and altered forms, often with visible throwing rings and torn edges.
